Free shortcuts that add date sorting and app search to ContactDeck. Tap Add shortcut on your iPhone and it opens in the Shortcuts app.

Touch and hold a name, number or email on a card to search your Messages for it.

DATE SORTING
Sort Contacts by Date in ContactDeck
Run it once to let ContactDeck sort your deck by date created or date modified. Because of how iOS works, apps can't read those dates on their own.
Make your own
Any shortcut can search the app you use most. Build it in the Shortcuts app, then share the shortcut file to ContactDeck and it joins the touch-and-hold menu. Use the Get ContactDeck Value action to read the name, number or email you held.
